If certain items are out of stock, we will ship the available items in your order, and inform you by email the
estimated delivery date of the back ordered item(s). If you do not wish to back order, please contact us
with your name and Order Number on the order confirmation.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund less
shipping charges. It takes about 2 - 3 weeks to process a return.
All Purchases must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery and have the original
packing slip, the RMA (Return Authorization Number) must be clearly marked on the outside of the
package.
